let down

Emily contacted me after a job I posted. we agreed a price and hours.
unfortunately she didn't turn up and I was left explaining to my work why I wasn't there.
I tried calling and messaging as we can all be running late.
I had to make alternative arrangements at the last minute. which is not easy.
very disappointed.

Very polite on time was great bith the kids. Would recommend and definitely use her again.
