I took my daughter for her settling in session, sadly while we were there a member of staff very aggressively grabbed a child and pulled her to the floor shouting at her. None of the other staff challenged this. Fairly standard policy that this is a completely unacceptable way to treat someone else’s child whilst you are being paid to care for them.
When I didn’t return and emailed about this, no one has even replied to my email. This is pretty poor. Pretty poor service and care whizz kids. I hope the child’s parents were told about this incident. If this staff member acts in this way when she knows ppl are there god knows what she does she’s not being observed.
