My Husband and I went off to a wedding (our first time leaving our newborn without one of us so we were initially very nervous) and were rest assured with Aku.

Aku's a warm, bright person who was able to pick up all the nuances such as her sleep /tummy time schedule etc. and has a very soothing voice (quite a must for getting baby down otherwise she just stares in horror till you stop)

It was a rocky start as baby was having a grizzly morning due to her vaccinations the day before but after her nap she was all smiles
(not even my dad has been able to garner that kind of welcome yet!)
and baby even had a little cry when she was given back to us at the end of the night haha

Throughout her time childminding she kept us updated via text which eased our minds and allowed us to relax.

Looking forward to having her take care of our kiddo again next month!
