Claire Kelly childminder- just amazing!!

My children (x2) were the first ones that Claire looked after and oh my did I give her a challenge! But how she made it look so easy.
I looked at a few other minders but I was looking for a larger space and easy outdoor access as my two could not be inside all day especially in those winter months. Claires cabin is spacious, clean and friendly! The space is set up differently each week so new activities to help stimulate inside and out.
She also took them out daily so they weren’t in the same space and got them to interact with other children, what with mine being siblings I wanted them to not just play with each other. In time we also found out that F was autistic and Claire really helped us on the right path to help get him a speedy diagnosis. She was brilliant as every morning was a struggle saying goodbye and she always found a way to help be calm and distract and make it seem close to our routine so F didn’t feel so anxious.
My children still know where her house is and I think that shows how much of a wonderful time they had whilst there.
They didn’t want to leave a lot of the time!! I had to persuade them home 😄.
Claire would also send photo updates without being too intrusive to your day but enough to make you feel confident of the days going on.

Claire is kind, caring and really goes above and beyond to make you as a parent feel confident. She cares for your children as you would expect them to be in your own home.
I cannot think of a better setting to send your children. I would highly recommend Claire for both full-time and wrap around care. I always saw happy children no matter what age.

Excellent childminder

I've been known Claire for many years she used to be my oldest son teacher and now she is my little ones childminder.
She is amazing with childminder, she dedicates 100% to the little ones.
My little one goes to her now for 6 months. Before he used to go nursery and was getting ill every month,sense I've changed him with Claire he hasn't been ill once. What I like the most at her is that she takes them out every day for different activities and my little one changed soo much in a very good way. I wished she was a childminder when I had my other son.
I recommend her 10000%.
She is a very nice ,kind person and any time I need help she is there for me and my little one.

Best Childminder in the area

From the first settling in session I was absolutely comfortable and impressed with the setting and personally with Claire. You were so kind and attentive with Zachary and your set up was so clean, tidy and organised for children’s play and learning. Going on daily outings has brought him out of his shell and really helped his development. His learning and play and social skills have truly come on leaps and bounds which is exactly what I was hoping for him.

He’s grown into such a gentle and clever little boy. The development you put into his day to day enrichment has shaped who he is.

Myself and my husband can’t thank you enough for everything you have done for Zachary over the past year. I am always so happy and so comfortable leaving him in your care. That’s all I wanted for my son when looking for a childminder but all the additional learning and play is an incredible bonus.

The fact he doesn’t want to leave when I collect him speaks volumes about you.

I recommend you to anyone looking for a childminder as I feel your services are above the standard of what some childminders provide. The pre school vibe but in a small group is perfect for Zachary.
