Cintia has been with our family for two wonderful years, primarily caring for our daughter while also managing school drop-offs, pick-ups, and holiday cover for our son. She is incredibly kind, calm, and nurturing—she has become like a second mum to our daughter.
Cintia thoughtfully plans engaging daily activities, supports key developmental milestones, and has seen our daughter through nap transitions, changes in sleep routines, and the start of potty training. Her ability to adapt and support us through these phases has been invaluable.
With our son, who was initially more resistant, she has patiently built a strong bond by finding “their thing” in arts and crafts. This thoughtfulness has meant both children genuinely enjoy their time with her.
She’s well-connected with other local nannies, so the kids enjoy a busy and social routine. I always receive regular photo updates, which is very reassuring.
Cintia communicates clearly and reliably about any schedule changes, and has never been late or sick. We are only parting ways due to logistics. I recommend her without hesitation—she has made a material difference to our family’s day-to-day and she will be missed deeply.
