Razia looked after my son almost weekly for evening/weekend babysitting over a period of five months. She was brilliant with my son (three years old) from the very beginning, he immediately took a liking to her and was clearly at ease in her company. She would either take him out to the park, the museum etc. or if it was an evening she would pick him up from nursery and give him dinner, a bath, put him to bed. I was initially worried that the nursery pick up/bedtime could be tricky as my son is used to me always doing it, but it always went well and he was happy. Razia really engaged my son, was very patient with him and he would be excited that she was coming to look after him. She would send updates, photos & videos too which was nice. She was willing to help whenever possible, even at short notice, reliable, punctual and trustworthy. We have moved out of London so can no longer have Razia to help us, and we will miss her!
