I had an urgent need to find a babysitter and Mary responded quickly to the call. She was very clear on her written communication, approachable and positive. From the 1st moment she came into the house I fully trusted her and she has shown to be independent decision maker by understanding my baby's cues easily and committing to the few indications given and communicating from her side other possible needs.
