I would trust letizia with my child 1000% she is a very kind genuine caring person.and that shines through the moment you meet her! My daughter was having a full blown tantrum! as she was over tired ,and letizia just had the magic and knew what to do , and wasn't fazed atall..she held my daughters head , and spoke to her it instantly calmed her. Wonderful woman!! Highly recommend
