I can't speak highly enough about Rebecca, who have been taking care of my 6-yeras-old son recently.

From the day one, it was evident that she was not only experienced but also incredibly flexible and approachable, making the entire childcare experience a breeze. On aspect that truly stands out is her flexibility. Whether it was adjusting drop-off or pick up times, she was always understandable and willing to work toward our needs. As a care worker my schedule can be incredibly demanding and unpredictable. I was initially worried about finding childcare that could adapt to my ever changing work hours but Rebecca surpasses all my expectation . She offered extended hours that fit perfectly around mu commitment, allowing me to focus on my work, knowing my son is in good hands, reduced my stress of juggling work and childcare simlumatnelusly.


Another remarkable quality of Rebecca is her approachability. Right from the start, she created warm and inviting environment that made my son feel safe and comfortable. Her genuine care and concern for each child in their care were evident in every interaction. She took a time to listen to my concerns, preferences and any special instruction i had, ensuring she was providing personalised care for my son. Her open communication and willingness to address any question or concern were truly refreshing. Additionally she had an incredible impact on my son's attituded towards childcare. Since he was 7 months old my son had always been a bit anxious and reluctant about being in childcare, even going to breakfast club by his school made him nervous and unsettled. However, from his very first day with Rebecca I noticed a significant change . He was more happy and excitement was contagious. I was such a relied to see my son eagerly looking forward to go to Rebecca.
