Paloma is Amazing

Paloma has been helping me in my house for about a month already. She has been amazing and made my life so much easier.

She is extremely professional, kind, dedicated, and punctual. She always has a great attitude. My kids love her and quickly warmed up to her.

As far as her work, she is such a quick learner. She is detailed oriented and conscientious. She is also very proactive.

She is able to adapt and quickly change gears. I have so many examples of this. A recent one: I asked her last minute to pick up my daughter because I had a last minute call. I turned on the oven in hopes of heating up food for when my daughter came back. I got carried away in my work call. Over an hour later, I come out and my daughter is happily playing in the living room. Paloma got back from school pick up and noticed the food wasn’t put in so she cooked the food, fed my daughter, and cleaned up all without even being told or asking me.

As our home is comprised of 2 FT working parents, having her around has been extremely helpful! I am so glad she is part of our family.

Dependable, helpful and great with toddlers

Paloma is always punctual, goes above and beyond what is required and my toddler loves her! She has been his nanny for over a month and he looks forward to seeing her everyday. She leaves the place tidy after her shift , with the toys put away and everything in order. She has never been late and she is very polite. We use Google translate to communicate and never had issues with her. I highly recommend her.
