Crystal is excellent, truly, and the thing is she does it in such a no-fuss way. Simply competent, straightforward, sensible, pleasant, bright, punctual and I could go on. Completely trustworthy from day one. She hasn't asked for this review but one is compelled to write where there is excellence. We are completely satisfied and happy with her. Our 3 year old loves her and so do we. She has a special skill with kids clearly. Highly recommended.
