Fantastic nanny for little ones

We are very grateful to Hodo, who cared for our baby boy from when he was 6-18 months and became part of our family! Hodo was a tremendous help as we navigated feeding and weaning, introducing him to new tastes and textures that have turned him into an adventurous eater! She was also instrumental in encouraging his physical development, helping him learn to crawl and then walk, and celebrating every milestone with him and us. In addition to support at home, Hodo also made our son's socialisation a priority. She took him to many different playgroups, activities, soft plays, cooking classes, music classes, parks, zoos, and much more, and we delight in seeing the photos and videos each day of what he's been up to. If ever our son was ill, she gave him all the care and support he needed, taking him to the doctors when necessary, and having a strong knowledge about all the childhood bugs and sniffles! During a busy period when we moved houses and adjusted to a new neighbourhood, Hodo was a steady and reliable presence, finding new activities and other babies for him to get to know. We also appreciate her flexibility with hours when we have an unexpected change of plans. Hodo is positive, reliable, fun, caring, and above all else, developed a strong bond with our son, who beams with delight and runs to greet her with a big hug when "Dodo" arrives at the house in the morning :) We will miss her when we move away and recommend her to other families looking for a reliable, knowledgable and upbeat caregiver for their child!
