I couldn’t recommend Ella more highly, I was so lucky to find her on childcare.co.uk. Being a teacher she is very used to working with children. My 3 year old absolutely loved her, she played lots of fun games with her and was very patient. Ella was also very helpful taking my 1 year old on walks in the baby carrier and watching that he didn’t fall whilst cruising around the house. She is extremely diligent and trustworthy.

Confirmed the babysitter to come and look after my 18 month old for the morning as my nanny was sick. She was a no-show which left me in a very bad position with work. Avoid.
