Lisa was fantastic with our three year old daughter who was very nervous starting a new setting after a difficult time at nursery. Lisa made her feel very welcome from the outset, taking an interests in I’s likes and dislikes to build a very caring bond with I.
I became very confident in Lisa’s care, becoming a key character at playgroups - which Lisa always sent us pictures of throughout the morning which was lovely to get! Most days, I would skip out of the door with a smile, new piece of art or a story to tell!
Lisa was very consistent with her care and had very high standards. If she had any concerns, she was very communicative. To any queries from us, she was very fast to respond and support.
It was great seeing I grow with Lisa and really build her sense of self in a smaller, calmer setting with Lisa’s guidance.

We really miss I and I have enjoyed caring for her. Seeing her confidence grow, enjoying her new friends and becoming such a social butterfly. I is a lovely little girl and we wish her all the very best in Nursery.
