My Experience
I have strong experience conversing with and dealing with various children including neurodivergent children. I have work experience at a nursery with toddlers (aged 2-4) and I currently work as a SEND teaching assistant and learning support assistant at a primary school and secondary school. This includes helping young children with their class work and various activities, one-on-one and group support with specific challenges, supervising indoor and outdoor activities preparing classroom activities then clearing up at the end of each day. Additionally, I have previously done babysitting jobs on the side for young children (aged 4 and 12) involving some of these aspects.
My Qualifications
I am currently studying English Language (BA) at university. I have a certification in safeguarding in Education Level 2 and I hold an enhanced DBS check.
