Joanne has been amazing helping me exactly when I needed it. She was on time, reliable and my boy loved to play with her. So much so that he started winging when he realised that she is leaving.
It's so difficult to find someone reliable/professional and especially last minute and I'm forever grateful for Joannes help during a week that was a nightmare for us. I highly recommend her and for sure I will contact her again if I need it.
