Kind and accommodating. Excellent communication.
Izabella babysat our 20month old son while my husband and I was attending a conference in Belfast. Her communication was timely and excellents. She is lovely, very kind, warm and accommodating. She joined us for breakfast at the hotel and bonded quickly with the young man before we had to go. We expected tears when we left, but there was none. She showed him the sights of Belfast and made sure he was well-fed that morning. She then looked after him again in the evening when we attended a dinner. We felt confident that he was safe and well-looked after. Five stars all round.

I'm so glad he felt comfortable and happy during our time together (and that there were no tears!).
