I worked with Jess a good few years ago in a nursery setting, where she looked after my son exceptionally well. When Jess left nursery to work within a childminding setting I made the decision to take my son out of nursery and put him back in Jess' care. It was the best decision I made, within a few months my son was thriving and he'd learnt so much. Jess is very caring, loving and communicates well with parents. My son is now in school and still remembers Jess. Jess gave him so many amazing experiences and I'll be forever grateful for her giving him the best start in his education.
