Anna was a great help when our nanny was away unexpectedly for a week. My daughter settled in really well and they had some amazing outings together, to the city farm, natural history museum and lots of parks and playgroups. We got lots of feedback through the day to update us on how everything was going which was really helpful and reassuring.
