I was looking for a childminder back in March, it was a very quick decision as i was not supposed to be going to be going back to work. I had several interviews lined up and took my mum to them. I felt very anxious about looking at childminders but the minute i walked into Jazz4fun i knew this was the setting for my precious little girl.

Jass made me, my daughter and my mother feel very welcome. My daughter took an instant like to everyone and was off happily playing with Jazz, her husband and sister.

no words can describe at all how wonderful jazz4fun are, my daughter only goes ones a week but loves it, to the point where i struggle to take her home and she crys when leaving. My daughter is very loved and feels very safe and confident. This is shown through (she is only just a yr) when ever you ask where any of guys are from jazz4fun she immediately looks and points or blows kisses to them. she is only just taking her first steps but she launches into a run as soon as we get to jass's.

when arriving to pick up my daughter from her first day i was presented with the most beautiful and precious collage of her first day which they had put together. i have never seen this before and has been sent to all family and very close friends and all of them second my opinion of this being better than a text or phone call to confirm my little girl was having a good time. i must add i didn't even feel like i had to call or text (i was very restraint and didn't).

Jazz4fun are extremly flexible, they work very closely with myself and hubby and our routine with our little girl. her routine is followed and works very well with Jazz'z environment. she is very approachable with new ideas and if i felt that something with my little girls routine needed to be changed i feel i could approach Jass and there would never be a problem. jazz also has wonderful words of wisdom and is extremly supportive. i have had two occaisions of where i have needed to drop my daughter of early and some with as little as a days notice and this has not been an issue.

i have nothing but the highest respect and love for Jass and her family. thank you for welcoming our little girl into your family and loving her like u do your own.

Overall: 10/10 and exceeded all my expectations thank you so much :)
