Louise is a loyal bubbly happy understanding individual who is very keen to assist in very difficult family circumstances.
She is enthusiastic and caring to the children she looks after and is willing to go out of her way to assist parents and also meet the children's needs when ever is required. She demonstrates a strict but fair approach and confidentiality is Paramount to her current families. I would be confident to expand that statement to all families she has worked for..
She is happy to suggest ideas and put her views across in the interests of the children and she has adopted "let's sort things out approach" with any issues. It is clear that Louise is passionate about her career loves doing it and above all loves the children she looks after.
