About Me
My name is leigh I am a ofsted registered male childminder for after school care for Sudley primary school , from September I will be working with another childminder who is Sonia at Red Door Montessori childcare Tuesday to Thursday , I have worked in care for 24years I am fun and outgoing and enjoy looking after children having fun through learning. At red door we are Montessori , and we love being active, creative and incorporating cooking and will include this into our day to day activities. we also do yoga as I’m an early years yoga coach and we do a big yoga class on a Tuesday morning with the childminder network incorporating singing, music, dance and stories within the yoga class to help children with calmness and relaxation we also attend forestry school as well as learning outside in all weathers , we do a lot of storytelling and music and movement all as part of the eyfs. We up with other childminders and we do a lot group activities and days out, we work within a parent partnership so your child gets the best care support and learning. I am a qualified yoga and mindfulness teacher for children in early years and I am a fully level 4 registered yoga coach with Yoginis yoga, we also attend forestry school .

i have nvq 3 in catering and national diplomas in dance I have been a fully working childminder for 3 years.... I have a NVQ 3 in health and social care... I am a level 4 fully qualified Yoginis yoga coach for health and mindfulness in early years…. I am Montessori inspired.
My Qualifications
City and guilds certificate in child care. Working towards level 3 diploma. Nvq 3 health and social care. Btec national diploma in dance and movement Level 1&2 counselling skills. Nvq 3 catering. First aid trained.... Safeguarding..... Tots talk..... Speech and language training. I am a fully qualified level 4 yoginis yoga coach for early years children helping with mindfulness and healthy brain and body
