Our boys have absolutely loved their time at Mi Casa! Alex has created such a special, nurturing setting where everyday is full of fun! They spend lots of time outside playing and having adventures like exploring Wilderness Island or watering the flowers in Hackbridge community garden. Alex works hard to build a sense of community, encouraging the children to say hello and talk to other passers by and help with maintaining the "Mi Casa patch", complete with "Bee bar" in the community garden. Alex puts her creative flair to great use with the art projects the kids bring home - They were so proud to give me their homemade lavender bath salts and sweets for Mothers Day. On my lunchtime walks I often find them all having a picnic in the community garden or sitting by the River Wandle reading a story in the shade. We have been so lucky to have experienced Alex's care for our boys and will miss her as we move on to school!
