I used Kathy as my children's nanny for nearly three years, and they were very young at the beginning, just 3 months old and 18 months, and she was amazing with my boys. There was activities to do or toddler groups to visit daily and she really brought them out of their shell. I also had a newborn in that time frame, and Kathy mirrored my routines and ensured all three had happy times making memories. My work situation changed, so I no longer use a nanny but I still have Kathy for occasional evening babysitting, and would highly recommend her. She's reliable and punctual and a joy to have around.
