Francine has been caring for Jack from the age of nine months, Jack is now three and a half. Francine is a fantastic childminder and Simon and I have been extremely happy with the wonderful care she has given Jack.
She has made us all feel welcome in her home and with her family.
Francine has provided Jack with a loving and caring environment in which he has encountered a vast number of experiences. Jack’s development, via the many fun activities Francine puts on for the children has been excellent.
Jack has enjoyed the variety of activities and materials that Francine uses, and he has encountered experiences of a much wider scope than a nursery could provide, from National Mud day to baking cakes, to watching butterflies hatch, the list of activities that Francine provides is endless.
Jack has created a large number of personal keepsakes which he is very proud of and is a special reminder for us of his time growing up.
In particular the diary and blog system has allowed us to see what Jack has been doing each day with photos of events & milestones.
Francine has helped greatly in making Jack independent, specifically teaching him to put his shoes & coat on himself. Francine also oversaw the removal of Jack’s dummies and toilet training. She is a very supportive childminder.
We would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Francine as a childminder to anyone. We have found her to be very accommodating and as such she has become a special person in Jacks life.

Overall
We have quite an age gap between our children - 7 years - and we were worried about finding a childminder who could accommodate both our children's very different needs. With Francine looking after them we have absolutely no worries whatsoever. She looks after both of our children brilliantly and manages to entertain both a teenage girl and a boisterous 6 year old boy at the same time.
All trips are fulfilling for both and craft activities are tailored to suit both child. On a personal level both of our children love going to Francine's and we have never had any worries about them not enjoying themselves, and they always come home happy. Sending the children to Francine's was one of the best decisions we ever made, and we are very grateful for everything she does with our children - in fact we feel lucky to have her minding our children as she is truly fab.

Overall
We were so lucky to find Francine at a time when I was returning to work. She attended for two years and settled in and was happy from day one. She was made to feel part of the family and my husband and I were able to go to work with total piece of mind that our daughter was happy, safe and secure. They went on many fantastic outings and she brought home a constant stream of artwork and souvenirs from their adventures. We recently moved south and my daughter started school. The teacher was bowled over by the handover information Francine provided for her and I was so grateful the for the effort she put into making the move for us as smooth as possible. We all miss her and I could not recommend her highly enough!
