We were visiting Scotland from overseas for a wedding and left three kids (aged 1, 3 and 5) with Donna. We spoke to her before we arrived in Scotland and she immediately put us at ease. We were away for over 12 hours, during which Donna kept our kids entertained, fed them and put them to bed. She was completely professional and respectful of our existing routines.
