Syeda has been the most wonderful childminder we could have wished for. Returning to work when our daughter turned 12 months was daunting, but Syeda made the transition feel completely safe and supported from day one. She is warm, nurturing, patient — and incredibly professional. Her calm, confident approach and wealth of experience gave us immediate reassurance that our daughter was in the very best hands.

Our daughter has built a beautiful bond with Syeda and has absolutely thrived in her setting. The home environment is rich and stimulating — with a great selection of toys indoors and out in the garden, regular arts and crafts, and daily outings to the park, children’s centre, museum, library, and more.

She’s also made lovely friendships with children both older and younger than her during her time there, and it’s been heartwarming to see how much care and kindness Syeda fosters between them. It’s such a supportive space for social development.

Syeda's wonderful assistants are just as caring and engaged, adding to the warm and happy atmosphere. As first-time parents, we've also been so grateful for Syeda’s guidance — from daily routines to knowing exactly when our daughter was ready to potty train (which only took three days!).

We feel incredibly lucky to have had two years of brilliant care, and saying goodbye will be emotional — our daughter has formed core memories with her that we’ll always cherish. We cannot recommend Syeda highly enough.
