Guaranteed peace of mind and satisfaction.

If there was anything greater than 5 stars, I would easily rate her that.
Following a move down from Liverpool, I was faced with the daunting task of finding childcare in a new city and was not looking forward to it. This wasn't made easier by the fact that we had no school place yet for my eldest daughter, therefore it was hard to start with a childminder able to do a particular school run.
I found Rachel on this site and decided to use her as I could go past her house on my way to work. From the moment we went for our first assessment, it was a task getting my daughters to leave, they settled in immediately, and love every minute they attend. They constantly ask when they can go over to Rachel's house. Every parent knows how important it is to have peace of mind when you leave your little precious ones in anybody's care.
Rachel is very professional and as a mother herself she is caring, calm, understands each child's needs and treats them as the individuals they are. They are fed healthy and nutritious meals and have snack time and treats too.
She is aware of and uses the early years guidance. She is flexible, very understanding and I haven't met anyone else I want to leave my children with. So even though we have other arrangements for term times, we always go back to her for holiday cover, half term and anytime I'm stuck and need emergency childcare.

A+ Childminder

Rachel is the most wonderful, caring, patient, committed, understanding, mother and childminder you could ever meet. Her care is second to none. The time and effort she puts into each child in her care is incredible. I know I felt so lucky when I found Rachel and sure anyone else who has the fortune of having Rachel look after their child will never look back. She is truly one of a kind! Thank you Rachel for being so amazing with Charles.
