We had been looking for a childminder for some time and we eventually found the perfect one, Sally. She takes into account the individual needs of our son and where needed researches any details which she may not have to hand. All in all she is perfect for my son and my son completely adores and trusts her. Sally gives us feedback every day from when George is in her care and from the school he attends. Sally will discuss all feedback with us whether it be positive or not so positive. If George is proving to be more challenging than normal Sally will always discuss an action plan with us on potentially the best way forwards. Sally goes the extra mile to ensure George and any other child in her care is happy and feels safe. We are extremely happy we found Sally and hope to use her services for a long time in the future.
