We met Rachel, after interviewing a number of relatively strong candidates, and immediately warmed to her. A mature, happy, organised individual who brought a smile to my daughters' faces. Sadly due to my existing childcare cover I only need someone Tues-Thurs and understandably Rachel needed a full time position. Unfortunate for us but whoever does get Rachel working for them I'm sure will be delighted.
