I was a bit concerned in the beginning to leave my kid with a childminder as he has never been in with such an arrangement before and he is a great attention seeker. But after leaving him with Nileema, since day one I was so surprised to see that he has settled very well . It is a very lovely family environment and ever since he has been here l feel so relaxed at work.
She is a very patient and fun loving person.
She takes care that the children eat properly and also engages the children with a variety of activites (especially she doesn't allow them to watch TV).
When i go to pick up my kid ,she gives a detailed review of what my kid did on that day and tells me if their are any concerns .
Personally, i feel that she understands the parents concerns very well as she herself is a mum of two lovely kids.
My son has adapted to the place so well that it takes a long time for me to convince him to come back home.
I will wholeheartedly recommend her to my friends.
