To put in simple words, Nileema is simply a superb childminder any parent would expect . She is down to earth, very loving , kind and caring and exactly she was like what my son needed. She being a mother of 2 children exactly understands what is the particular need of a child. My son who never tried to utter a single word, started picking up many words and understood all the instructions , sung rhymes , recognised all the alphabets and words on flash cards ever since he started going to her. Best part was , my son used to always be ready to go her without any fuss or making faces .
Apart from playing , she also engages the kids in creative learning which helps in cognitive development.
Overall, a friendly ,homely environment for both kids and parents who see more than just a childminder. She is an excellent communicator for children with different needs.
