My child was partime with Simone for about four months. I can say that my daughter enjoyed it there and compiled a folder of some interesting work, However I did feel at times that my child was bored as there were not enough children the same age. There was one occasion where Simone was sick and she had no back up which meant I had to take time out of work at the last minute. You might want to check this with her during yout initial chat.

Also I felt Simone could be rather aggressive and raised her voice in an arguementative manner to me in the presence of her own children and mine, it is as actually at that point I decided I needed to get my child out of that environment and left her care. You might want to also chat to her about her so called refund policy as she actually kept my two weeks deposit despite me not owing any money. She clearly states that this deposit is refunded once notice period is given and no fees outstanding which I paid up completely. Looks like she desperately needed that cash ,,, good luck to her . She uses this two weeks deposit for your last two weeks fees .. ?.. which is rather odd and not in the written contract..there was no discussion or mention of this at any stages and I owed no fees. .. like I said good luck to that bad bit of business..

Also you might want to think twice about signing up to her with her £1 a minute late charge.. for working parents I might add. I recommend you shop around there are loads of childminders in Streatham more reasonable I’m sure.. I also felt the home was too far from the station ,, so you might want to check distance too..
