I’ve been taking my son to Simone for over an Year now. He is enjoying his time with her. There are a lot of activities to keep them busy and learning and every so often I receive a full report, a very colourful file for us to keep. His best friend is Simone’s youngest daughter:). I had some problems with his health and I am very pleased to say I have received full support from Simone. She is flexible and accommodating, dedicated to her job and has plenty of patience. She offers breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks and I can say I have the impression that my son enjoys more her meals then mine, him being a fussy eater. I can’t be more pleased with my choice. Everything is stated in the contract all clear, payment policy is clear, flexible and easy to manage. She has risk assessments in place and emergency policies in case of an accident. I appreciated her renovating her home in order to give the children in her care more space to play. There was not one time when I felt she was less then respectful to me, never had arguments or misunderstandings. I know where I stand with her, my child is very happy there, always smiling and chatting along when I pick him up. That’s all that matters to me. I will definitely recommend her!!
