Fiona is greatly missed by my little girl, who has moved on to big school. She has been fantastic throughout the last few years caring for all of my children at some point or another. I feel very blessed and lucky to have found someone that I truly trust to watch over and help my children grow in a home from home environment. I have complete confidence that fiona cares for my children as she would her own. They have all loved there time at Fiona’s and always come home raving about how good there day has been.
They have an excellent structure and routine at Fiona’s and are included in part of the family, and do the day to day duties together, like taking the dog for a walk. lots of interactive play, arts and crafts, educational games, learning, and outdoor play take place. My daughters especially likes the sand pit, paddling pool, making cakes and outings to local places like bedgebury. They always eat extremely well, and Fiona cooks them hot healthy meals from scratch every day and caters for all allergies.
I would recommend Fiona’s child minding services in a heart beat and can’t wait for my newest arrival to join her in the next few months

Fiona has regularly looked after our toddler since she was a year old and does holiday care for our two primary school children too (aged 4 and 6).
All of my children love coming to Fiona; they get a wonderful mix of outdoor activities, crafts, home-cooked food and a lovely family environment. Fiona is ideally located with proximity to the primary school too.

It has been a pleasure looking after your 3 girls. They are completely at home here and bring life and energy into my house. Hoping to be looking after them for some time to come.
Fiona has looked after my two (2 year old girl & 6 year old boy) for nearly a year and a half & I can’t rate her enough. She is kind, loving & fun. I feel lucky to have found someone that I can trust with the most important people in my life.. And they love her!
Fiona makes sure the children have fun, outdoor, messy & educational play. My children love spending time with her & are over the moon when they get to spend time with her children too!
I couldn’t have chosen a lovelier family & I would have no hessication in recommending Fiona to anyone.

The children have been a joy to look after and I shall miss E greatly when she starts full time at nursery in September. Lovely family.
My two girls (aged 4 and just 2) have been with Fiona for six months now and they are so settled and happy with her. They particularly enjoy excellent structure and routine, a home-from-home feeling and lots of interactive play and learning with Fiona and her lovely family.
Over the last few warmer weeks they have had some wonderful outings to local outdoorsy places and had top fun running around with her dog and the other children. My older child goes to the pre-school in the village and I'm grateful that Fiona's flexibility allows me to work long and irregular hours as a doctor, whilst my girls maintain a good routine. Fiona is always flexible and helpful to me to allow the combination of work and motherhood, and I enjoy written feedback every day the girls are with her as well as photos along the way.

Thank you Anna for such a lovely review. Your girls are a delight to care for and little R gives me hours of amusement!
My sons have been cared for by Fiona since September of 2015, my youngest attends 3 days a week & Fiona collects my eldest from nursery on the same days & takes him back for tea.
Fiona has always made my children feel very welcome & part of the family, they love spending time Fiona's children & the others' she cares for.
Fiona is a very good cook, everything is cooked from scratch & is very varied. I was very touched when Fiona made my youngest son a beautiful cake for his first birthday.
My children have also been cared for in the holidays whilst I've been at work & Fiona has taken them on some lovely outings, Brighton Aquarium & the seaside etc. On a daily basis my youngest son loves his visits to Bedgebury & both of them look forward to going to the local parks & library after nursery.
I know each day that my children are safe & happy.
Also it's really nice to see Fiona & have a nice chat.

I highly recommend Fiona - she has been amazing with my 2 older age children (10&12yrolds) for full days during school holidays. They have enjoyed being part of her lovely household as well as being taken out on truly brilliant excursions and fun outings. Plus they have raved about her delicious home cooking. Fiona's standards are extremely high and she truly is an excellent childminder.

Thank you for taking the time to write such s lovely review. I had a lot of fun with your two - when are they coming again?!
My 2 year old son, Cas and 4 year old daughter Merryn loved going to Fiona's. My daughter has Down Syndrome and has trouble accepting new people but was very happy with Fiona, who would pick her up from nursery once a week. Cas especially liked the dog walks around the forest every day, he's very outdoorsie and has a lot of energy to burn so this was brilliant.
The setting is next to Goudhurst school, nice and peaceful apart from school drop off/pick up times. Cas liked the garden which is a good size. During the summer Fiona set up a paddling pool in the garden and Cas had a fantastic time!
Cas and Merryn were treated as part of the family and I was very happy leaving them in Fiona's care.
Upon pickup I was always given the run down of the day's events and the up to date journal.
Fiona was very flexible and amenable, able to help out during the holidays which was a god send.
My kids always came to the door with big smiles on their faces, which told me all that I needed to know...this was the right setting for them.

I'm a shift worker and needed flexible childcare at weekends. I can't believe how lucky we are to have Fiona. She first started looking after my two children (aged 8 and 1) in September 2014, and they adore her. It's like a home away from home for them and they look forward to their time spent with Fiona and her lovely family.
From the beginning, she will go through every aspect of childcare and you let her know the sorts of things you do/don't do with your kids. She's understanding, accommodating, bright, cheery and completely genuine. It's a real pleasure to see.
I have to drop my children off before I start work, so it's a very early start, yet she greets them with a smile on her face and they're thrilled to see her. I cannot tell you just how much of a comfort that is to me. I know that they are cared for beautifully, safely and are happily involved with whatever Fiona and her family do over the weekends. At the end of the day, I get a wonderful account of everything they have done, along with lovely pictures, emailed across to me.
Never once has my son said that he doesn't want to go there, or that he is unhappy there...and my 1yr old has taken to Fiona and all her family from the word go.
The activities they do are varied and fun. Anything from walks in the woods, crafts, outings/excursions, watching sports tournaments or simply chilling at home. She runs things past me and always checks that I'm happy for my kids to do/go to x/y/z. The house is welcoming and warm, a lovely family home...the garden is secure and there's lots for children to play with.
I finish my shifts really late in the evening, yet Fiona was kind enough to arrange that she would drop the kids back to my home (10miles away). She's like Mary Poppins, the Fairy Godmother and Fraulein Maria all wrapped up into a parcel of childminder-awesomeness. Seriously, you won't find anyone like her. She's one in a billion :)

Fiona has been a God send for me and my family. As a start up business Fiona has demonstrated her flexibility time and time again as I get last minute calls from new clients. This has allowed the business to grow.
Knowing that my DD loves going to Fiona is a great comfort to me (arms outstretched and a big smile when she arrives). Nothing phases Fiona, she has seen it all with her own 3 kids. I am confident that Fiona and her family will keep my DD safe and happy. DD is well stimulated with toys and books. Fiona recording of DD day is exemplary. Fiona's ability to risk assess situations in a practical and meaningful way gives me great peace of mind. I cannot recommend Fiona highly enough.

I would have no hesitation in recommending Fiona Brown as a childminder. She is fantastic!
When I moved to Goudhurst 2 yrs ago I despaired of finding the right person and it isn't always easy to find the right fit. I was very lucky to find Fiona. I have a 4yr old girl and a 6yr old boy and Fiona has been looking after them since November 2013. They are lovely kids, but like all kids have their moments and Fiona knew instantly how to cope with them and put them at ease. They settled in incredibly quickly.
Fiona has gone out of her way to be flexible and to fit in with my very last minute work schedule. I have phoned her from London before now at the eleventh hour, delayed and stressed and she has always been understanding, kind and calming! That to me is invaluable.
She has a really lovely house (near the School) packed with toys and games. She organises a huge variety of activities with the kids and they always come home with something they have created, even making little glass jars with their names on. They also enjoy walks with her friendly working cocker spaniel and have enjoyed trips out fruit picking, to Camber Sands and even Dover Castle.
We have taken advantage of Fiona's ability to have them for overnight stays a few times and that has always been a great success.
Another massive advantage Fiona has, are her own kids. They are a real credit to her, delightful and very welcoming of other kids into their home and her eldest daughter often babysits for us. I can relax knowing my kids are safe and being looked after in a very positive family environment and they have all become great friends.
