A fantastic Sole Charge Nanny!

H looked after my son for approx 1.5 years from 1.5 years old until he was 3 years old and starting pre-school. During this time, I found H to be superb and very pro-active in caring for my son. My son is a very energetic little boy and H ensured that he was fully stimulated throughout the day. She would take him to activities during the morning, e.g. gym or music classes, and then take him to parks in the afternoon. H would ensure that our son socialised with other children, so that his social skills developed. She was very good at discipline, using very constructive methods and ensured that he was growing up to be a very polite, confident little boy. In H's care, my son felt safe and secure and he really did blossom.I was able to go to work, safe in the knowledge that my son had the highest standard of daycare possible. I can safely say that my son did not miss me while I was at work, which was exactly what I wanted. He was having too good a time with his nanny who was reliable, super-efficient and very caring towards my son.
