Highly Recommend, Reliable and Absolutely Amazing

When we moved to Northfleet, I was in desperate need of childcare and we got in touch with Frances at a very short notice and her quick response and willingness to look after the children was very impressive. Her flexibility is second to none; she has been very fantastic accommodating the kids regardless of our work schedules.
Frances has a caring approach yet remains professional at all times and runs a much organised setting. Her family is adorable and very welcoming; they have provided an ideal setting of home away from home for our kids. From day one I have not worried once, as I know my kids are in very good hands.
I cannot recommend her enough! My children are always excited to see her, they looks so forward to their day and enjoys spending time in her care. She plans exciting days for them full of activities and outings. These are done to support the children's next steps and encourage them to develop. I have seen rapid development and progression my little boy has made over the past few months of been with her.
It's always hard to leave your children in the care of others, but in Frances’s care I know my children will have a great day and return happy and very well looked after.
