Very good childminder

I found Sarah through this website, my husband and I were visiting my father who lives in N. Ireland and we needed a babysitter for a couple of days to get some things done. Initially I was worried about leaving our son, Oliver, with a babysitter as he was only 4 months old at the time but after talking with Sarah I was put at ease. We dropped Oliver off at Sarah's home and were very happy to see that Oliver was very at ease with her and that she was excellent with him.

Sarah took Oliver for short walks and interacted with him as well and feeding and changing his nappy. She is very helpful and will go out of her way to help you out, I found her to be trustworthy and kind with a genuine interest in children. We would definitely use Sarah's services again and I am very happy that I have someone that I trust to look after Oliver now when we visit N. Ireland.

Wonderful find

I met Sarah through this site and I thought she was God sent. I was preparing for my College membership exams last year while working on-call weekdays and weekends and looking after a 2 year old after work on my own. I was under a lot of stress at the time and needed someone dependable, helpful to run thing smoothly and without fuss for me to concentrate on my work. Sarah was all that and more; she bonded with my daughter effortlessly, would have her bathed and in bed by the time I get home so I could hit the books. She was quite professional and yet friendly at the same time, I would highly recommend her to anyone, I believe she played a vital role in my getting through the exam and the tough times last year. She still helps me out during on-call and when I have an evening out, I find her trustworthy and dependable and a rare find in these times.

Thank you Melanie for my great review.Initially when I learned you were both Doctors,I thought I might feel a little under scrutiny- how wrong I was.While you quietly worked I was afforded the privelege of being left in charge of your child-which meant that I did have the chance to get to know, and to bond with her.
This worked for all concerned,allowing you the time to study,whilst encouraging your daughter,s independance to play and relax in the company of someone other than her parents.
She is a little character,and has made me laugh on many,s an occassion.I have enjoyed my time at your house....thanks again...Sarah.

Excellent, would highly recomend!

Found Sarah through this website, we were going to a wedding in Northern Ireland (we live in Scotland) and needed someone to come to the hotel and help us out with the kids (aged 3 and 8 months) in the evening while we were at the evening reception,

We sent a few emails back and forth and spoke on the phone prior to the evening. I can not recomend Sarah highly enough! I was quite anxious about having someone that I did not know watch the kids, but Sarah quickly put me at ease with her warm and friendly nature. She was fantatic with both the children.She has a lovely manner with children and had them settled and sleeping in no time! Thanks to Sarah my hubby and I were able to enjoy a rare evening together safe in the knowledge that the children were in safe hands! Thanks agan sarah!!
