If you see Marcia is available, don't doubt it!

What to say about Marcia... She has been an integral part of our family for the last 2 years. She has come to our lives before the birth of our third child, and has stayed with us until recently (so for a total of almost 2 years). She has taken care of our 3 small children every afternoon on the weekdays, which was not a small task, as our kids are all very young.
Marcia was in charge of the nursery and school pick ups, playing with the children, bathing them and feeding them, leaving them ready for bedtime. Marcia has always been an absolute pleasure to have around. Our children were instantly attached to her, and so were we. She is a positive, happy person, but at the same time extremely experienced and always knows how to go around things to solve situations. She has not once responded in a grumpy way to any tantrum, she a great energy which the kids just loved.
She was always punctual, responsible, willing to do the extra mile. For example, without us asking she would do extra chores (even when having already so much on her plate!) which shows not only such a great attitude but also how extra capable and experienced she is, that she managed to have everything under control in order to do the extra mile.
Additionally, she has been sociable with other parents/carers at our eldest daughter's school, so managed to take our kids to playdates and not only bringing them home to play everyday.
When leaving our family (due to moving house) she was very kind by letting us know with enough time. She was flexible and allowed us to sort our situation with enough time.
What to say about Marcia, she is a true gem, someone that we miss everyday, that our kids love, and that we will always be grateful for.
I'm happy to give more feedback if needed. I don't think there are enough words to thank her for everything that she did for us.

Wonderful nanny

Marcia looked after my baby boy for the past few months and we couldn't be happier with her. She has great work ethics, always turned up for work on time and let us know early if any problem with trains etc. She showed a lot of care and attention to baby and most importantly she enjoys working with baby and not just as a job. She has been a great help around the house too, taking initiatives to tidy up and clean when baby is napping. I felt baby is in safe hands at all times. She bonded with baby really well and they had a lot of fun together. I would highly recommend Marcia and will definitely miss her as she moves on.
