Great Nursery
I am due back at work in less then two months and I was very worried about my child going into nursery. I have to say I was very warmly welcomed by staff and the manager. The manager is very knowledgeable and obviously very passionate. There is a lovely vibe at this nursery and I now feel more comfortable about leaving my child when I return to work. It is clean tidy and the baby room is big with some beautiful toys. The outdoor space is great to. I would recommend this nursery.

Just signed up my little boy and girl,staff are really friendly and took out time to show me around the rooms and facilities available. Having been to a few other nurseries in the area i found limited outdoor play, bright swans have Garden thats big and spacious. I was greeted by the manager who also presented me with their current OFSTED which is good. Really looking forward to my chilidren starting. Will definately recommend.

A nice clean spacious nursery.
I came to see this nursery and the Manager was very informative and explained everything well.
My child will be starting preschool, the room is big and had lots of lovely toys and interesting things. They have a really nice library.
The garden is amazing my little boy loves been outside so really pleased with it.

My child has attended bright swans for a year now. when I first put my child in this nursery I was very happy with the care my child was getting. However towards the end of 2018 I started to get a sense that the management team had lost the passion I once felt from them. Around November 2018 the management team had been completely replaced. I had a chat with the owner and new manager at the time and expressed my concerns. I was reassured the new manager would provide a home away from home kind of setting. My husband and I decided to give them a chance. I am extremely pleased to say the new manager has turned the place around in just 6 months. The nursery was recently rated ';good' in April 2019 by ofsted and my child is happier then ever. The most recent report form ofsted make for some exciting reading! Well done and thank you for all of your hard work! I strongly recommend this nursery!

Latest Ofsted reports (2018) should be reviewed, pretty damning for both units. Not fit for purpose, with a complete lack of accountability/responsibility by the owner. Avoid Bright Swans Day Nursery.
Expensive, even with free care scheme. Suggest this needs an dependent audit to clarify
Not cleaned regularly.
Communication from management team is inadequate.
