Zana cared for our 12month old daughter for about 2 months in mid 2023. It was a planned short term contract until our daughter started nursery.
Zana was patient, attentive, nurturing, and always made sure our daughter was safe and happy. We felt at ease knowing our little one was in such loving hands.

They bonded immediately so I had no problem working while she was babysitting him. My son enjoyed her company so we were all happy. Recommended :)

Zana worked for us on a full time basis and was very helpful. She is very kind, attentive and was patient with our daughters. Her calmness has a positive impact on children. Zana was also very happy to cook for us as a family and made some delicious meals. She’s very trustworthy, reliable and flexible. When plans needed to be changed Zana had no problems adapting. She is also easy to talk to and friendly with parents.

Zana looked after our daughter from the age of ~9 months, to the age of 1.5 years (when our daughter started nursery).
Being a mom herself, Zana has a lot of experience, and could handle pretty much any situation.
Zana was very reliable all throughout, very punctual, and showed a lot of love and care to our daughter. Zana always left things tidy and clean, the house was always meticulous when she left. She also did cooking for our daughter, preparing meals for her, and helping with transition to solid foods.
Zana showed a lot of initiative, offering to sign our daughter up for the library, children classes, and was doing playdates in the park with other nannies. We liked that a lot, since it meant that our daughter got exposure to other kids and lots of different games and activities.
Finally, when the pandemic out-broke, and the situation was getting very difficult with lockdowns, school closures, etc., Zana didn't drop the ball. Even though she had her own daughters staying home and she needed to look after them, she offered to take our daughter to her house every day (instead of being at our place) and look after her there.
It was a good setup that worked well for everyone and we really appreciated the fact that Zana made a big effort to accommodate, even when things were getting difficult.
Zana is a wonderful nanny, and we would definitely work with her again in the future if we had the option!

We are so lucky to have Zana with us for more than a year. She helped to look after my little DD full time as well as after school care for my DS. Both of my kids are very attached to Zana and we feel like she's part of our family. Due to change in my work and family status, I decide to take a break and look after children myself. It is a pity that we cannot keep Zana and really hope she can find a good family to work with. Hereby, I would like to give Zana a strong recommendations for the following reasons:
1. Good time keeping: throughout her time with us, she has never been late in the morning
2. Very clam and mild approach: having two kids together sometimes can be very chaotic, especially we have a little one that hardly can express herself. Zana is always clam to the children and never show any impatient.
3. Always go extra mile for work: without saying, Zana helps with my DD's potty training and set up her routine. Sometimes, she helps with my DS's reading works and even teaches him for the math topics
4. Sociable: Zana proactively helps us in contact with the other parents/carers to organise the playdates for both my kids. All the parents I met cannot recommend Zana any more.
5. Familiar with the area: Zana has been living in the area for a long time. She knows a lots of playgroups and classes, and gives me very good suggestions in where to take children
6. Great communication: Zana communicates with us well. She takes photos of kids when goes out and always inform us their daily schedule.
There are much more good things I would like to mention about Zana. In short, she's the best nanny I have ever found!
