Confident, calm, kind

Shakira looked after our 9 month old daughter for five hours (5pm-10pm) at late notice, and was absolutely brilliant. It was only the second time we'd left our daughter with a stranger so we were nervous, but she did a fantastic job. She has a very calm manner that immediately settled our daughter, and she gave her the time and space she needed to feel comfortable, and then played with her really nice. She fed her and was able to get her to sleep, and soothed her in a period when she missed us. She provided a super clean safe space, and had cooled it down on a very hot day. And all this was at very short notice after our previous plans fell through, so we were very grateful!
