Totally unprofessional !!!

I hired Selesa to be my childminder for one day a week . She was early on the first day, which made a great first impression. Since then she has been late to every single pick up or hasn’t even bothered to turn up at all.Which has now caused me to face disciplinary action at work due to the number of times I’ve had to stop working to deal with her lateness. Every week she makes up a new excuse & when you try to ask questions, you are then bombarded with inappropriate messages ,5 minute long + voice notes and photos of unsanitary things. She is extremely unprofessional. She is now bombarding my partner with 7 minute long inappropriate voice messages , detailing lewd information about her toilet use including photographs. The address she claims to be located at is not even her address she is a compulsive I wouldn’t recommend her to any parent !!!
