Beyond fantastic

We don't live in the area. I travelled to Nottingham for work, with my two kids, and I contacted Mon at relatively short notice to cover some of the visit. The experience was really good. Communication prior to the trip was very fluent, she voluntarily shared an image of an ID document with me (which reassured me a lot), and I did the same. She showed up on time and the kids warmed up to her instantly. This was her merit, as I noticed how she addressed them right from minute zero showing a lot of interest in them, and wanting to know them (which my kids obviously, and obviously liked). After the session the kids were full of excitement telling me how Mon had been playing with them. Thank you for making the experience so easy and enjoyable!

Amazing, reliable kids, loved her.

Monisha was amazing with my two boys, they absolutely loved her. It can alway be scary leaving children in the evening but she put me at ease straight away. She was on time, took care of them very well, attentive, respectful and my boys had so much fun! Very helpful around the house as-well came home and she had even helped with the cleaning! I would recommend Monisha to anyone needing childcare services.
