Carol has been everything I hoped for in a childminder, and so much more, and I am grateful every day that she provides such a wonderful environment for my daughter that has allowed her to grow and develop so well over the last four years and is continuing to do so. Carol provides a superb learning environment, that is also a home for home. She is nurturing, lovely and caring, as well as very professional, truly wanting the best for the children, and supporting them in their personal growth. I enjoy the daily updates within my daughter’s diary and verbally at handover, the regular batches of photos as well as the routine more formal assessments of my daughter’s progress against her milestones. My daughter loves Carol to bits and enjoys every moment when she’s there. It is hugely reassuming to know my daughter in so happy, settled and content with Carol. I couldn’t ask for more.

Carol has looked after my daughter since she was 6 months old and all I can say is that my daughter has come along leaps and bounds since being with her 1 year on. She sees carols place as a home from home and most of the time just runs in and doesn’t say goodbye which gives me joy knowing my daughter loves being there. Carol works with you and will give advice where required and is so patient with all of the children. I would not want anyone else looking after my daughter and I would highly recommend carols services.

My daughter is a full of energy and enthusiasm for everything she does, highly talkative, and can be exceptionally strong willed and fiercely independent, particularly when tired. I therefore looked for a special childminder who would keep her safe with clear boundaries, provide a rich environment to support her development and the love she needs in my absence. Carol provides all this and much, much more. She has a deep professional knowledge and understands my daughter’s development needs and how best to meet these, she successfully balances a loving approach, with clear boundaries and handles my daughter’s spirited nature very effectively. When my daughter’s behaviour has been particularly challenging, Carol has kindly agreed to meetings in the evenings where she has provided a calm and professional assessment of the situation and where we have jointly agreed strategies and the way forward. I am extremely happy with the outstanding childminding Carol has provided for my daughter and have no reservations whatsoever in recommending her at the highest level.

Carol has provided 6 years of unparalled childcare for our daughter and I have to say we feel lucky to have found her. She has provided a home from home for our daughter who has benefitted enormously in terms of her development. At the same time she's been able to talk easily to the us about our daughters development and pass on anything she knows that will interest or concern her. This is a skill sometimes overlooked in childcare! Overall, a really impressive childminder and one we would never hesitate to recommend.

Carol is an absolutely amazing outstanding childminder. Nothing is ever to much trouble for Carol and the children she cares for are adored by her and the children love carol like a family member. Carol can manage all situations extremely well and deals with challenges with no problem. Carol communicates well with me at every stage of my daughters development and is not reserved when it comes to telling me if my daughter has been challenging or if she has concerns. Nothing is too much trouble. Carol was so well organised during the difficult COVID periods and ensured she had a safe environment when our children returned to her care. Carol has lovely grown up children of her own who also enjoy the children being around, her home is well organised, welcoming and fun for the children and recently has had a lovely new extension built to accommodate more toys and resources. I trust carol in every aspect of my daughters life and would not look anywhere else. Practically perfect on every way! THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR EVERYTHING

Our son has special needs and it soon got too much for Carol to look after our child and quit on us. Leaving two full time working parents in the lurch with school runs and holidays. Put us of childminders for life now. Son is under SEN, if your child is perfect then Carol is the right person for you. However if your child has a disability look elsewhere. Shame as he made good friends with the other kids there.

Carol has been looking after our two girls for 5 years since they were 2 and 4. Our eldest doesn't like change and our youngest had never been away from me for extended periods. Carol made it so easy reassuring the girls and us, giving us loads of updates and photos. The girls settled so much quicker than I expected as Carol is so much fun and loving towards them; she really has made her house their home. Carol has a vast variety of equipment and toys which she uses to teach through play..the kids don't even realise they are learning and have so much fun. I am so pleased we found Carol as she really treats the girls as her own and we know they are in the safest hands. The girls love spending time with Carol and her family. We really could ask for a happier environment for our children.

We have been lucky enough to have Carol look after both our sons. Our first went from the age of 9months to almost 5years until he started school. It was so sad leaving her as Carol' s had become his home from home. We couldn't imagine our youngest going anywhere else. Rohan has been there from months and will be leaving this sept for school. He absolutely adores Carol and her whole family.
It is such a comfort to know that he is happy and thriving in her care. To have piece of mind knowing that he is in such good hands is priceless.
We love reading all of the comments in his daily diary detailing his day. Carol post photos for us to privately view online which are lovely to look through. We couldn't recommend her highly enough, she really is amazing.

Having viewed many other options and coming out feeling sick and disappointed i was starting to lose hope, feeling rather annoyed that i was thinking no one could be good enough, but then i found Carol.
From the minute I spoke to Carol and went to visit her at her home, i knew she was the childminder for me and my little girl Georgia. Georgia started with Carol at just 9 months and we all clicked instantly, i was not worried one bit about leaving Georgia with Carol.
Georgia has been attending now for 18 months, she has made some amazing friends and absolutely loves Carol and her family like her own family. The environment is just perfect, Carol has every tool, toy you could wish for and everything is clean. Carol is very chatty, friendly, bubbly, organised and is so flexible. When I started my new job, i had lots of training on days I should not have been working but Carol was able to accommodate Georgia at anytime for me. I
I would not change anything (except having her closer to my catchment, so that when Georgia goes go to school she could continue to do school drops for me).
Carol has always worked with me with regards to Georgia's routine and feeding patterns, which is so helpful. Everyday you get your child's diary which talks through what has happened that day for your child and every term you get a detailed journal showing what milestones your child has achieved. Georgia often comes home with craft activities she has been doing and Carol take photos everyday of what your child is doing and adds them to a private page so you can see and save them.
Carol is like a friend now and I have so much trust in her. I feel so very lucky to have found her service and that Georgia is with her. I would not change a thing. Thank you Carol x

We highly recommend Carol who has been childminding our daughter for many years. We have found her to be very professional, welcoming and above all to have our daughter's best interests at heart.
Carol also has a large garden, tailor-made for children. Activities are well thought out and Carol regularly provides information, both written & verbal on my daughter's progress/wellbeing. There is no doubt that we were extremely lucky to find a childminder who takes such a professional approach to her work.
