Corin has been wonderful with our son (and us!) he makes a relaxed, caring environment that our son really thrived in. The small group of children he looks after really developed a wonderful relationship with each other, it was a pleasure to see them interact at pick up and drop off.
Food and feeding was perfect, and our son was taking in lots of outings, with a focus on outdoor activity when the weather allows.
Corbin was great at helping develop sleeping and feeding patterns.
Corin was also great at dealing with us as parents, we had lots of updates and lots of (well taken!) sweet pictures via WhatsApp. He helped us navigate the government free hours etc and was super accommodating with our timings and hols etc.
I can not recommend Corbin enough, the whole family enjoyed our time with him!

Our daughter has just spent 12 months with Corin and enjoyed every moment; unfortunately we had to relocate outside of London, but we wish we could have taken him with us! Initially, I struggled to find a childminder, I met about 10 without any luck; but as soon as I met Corin I knew he was the one for us!
He has a calm and welcoming manner, and always very friendly to chat with each day. Our daughter loved going to Corin's house, he would take her to different playgroups and parks every single day, from Peckham Rye, to the Ladies in Deptford, Greenwhich park, Hilly Fields Playgroup, Mudchute farm or the Horniman Museum, they seemed to explore the whole of South London together come rain or shine!
Our daughter flourished playing and eating dinner with the older children from the daily after school pick-ups, I think this was invaluable for her and an experience she would not have gained in a nursery setting. Corin has a lovely family home, with lots of books and toys for when the children are at home; at drop-off our daughter would walk straight in and get to play. Not to mention the piano and guitar....!
Communication was great; we formed a family Whatsapp with Corin so we could all easily liaise. Corin was very flexible on the occasion we needed an early drop-off/pick-up and he was especially helpful over the summer offering extra sessions whilst we moved house.
I would highly recommend Corin to anyone; thank you Corin, we will miss you!

Our daughter has just left Corin's after almost two years of the most perfect care.
Corin welcomed her into his home with open arms and she loved every minute she spent with him. Whether it was adventures to city farms, attending local play groups or running around Hilly Fields, Corin ensured that she was always entertained.
We loved the relaxed, cosy family setting that Corin provides, as well as his calm attitude looking after a group of small children. We found ourselves asking him for parenting tips - he's got much more expertise that we do!
If we weren't moving away from the area, there's no doubt that our daughter would have stayed with Corin as long as she could have done. She built up a huge fondness for him and we know that she will miss him and his kind ways immensely. We will also miss seeing Corin every morning!
We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Corin to anyone.

My daughter, and then later my son, both loved spending their days with Corin. He offers a relaxed and gentle "home from home" where our children could play freely and follow their imagination and interests, from stick-collecting to dolls house play to tinkling away on the grand piano in his living room.
Their days were always full of trips to different parks, playgroups and libraries in all weathers, with the occasional outing to the Horniman Museum, Beckenham Place Park or even Deptford Market to buy veggies and pasta for tea!
Most of all, I saw Corin offer both of my children the genuine loving support that they needed to be happy and flourish in his care.

Corin looked after our daughter for just over 2 years. We liked the relaxed home environment Corin offered, as well as him regularly getting out and about with the children. Visits to playgroups and parks were an everyday occurrence with trips to museums, nature reserves, farms and soft play not uncommon.
Corin plays the piano and guitar and would regularly use his musical talents to entertain the children, which our daughter loved. He encouraged our daughter's curiosity and imagination with a variety of activities. Our daughter is now an expert stick hunter and is always keen to have a go when she sees a piano! Shee thoroughly enjoyed her days with Corin and would always look forward to them.
Corin kept us well informed and often sent photo updates of that day's adventures.

Corin has looked after my little boy for over 2 years and has provided as much as could ever be expected from a childminder. My son is always out and about at local parks, museums and playgroups, meeting other children and developing his curious nature. Corin has always been incredibly kind to him and provided first rate care. The home environment is one that I chose over a nursery setting and I am so pleased that I did. Corin cooks homemade food and provides a level of warmth and support that would be hard to replicate outside your own home. At the same time, My child has been encouraged to try new foods, meet new people and experience new environments in a safe and structured way. Corin’s musical talents (guitar and piano) have led my little boy to a love of music too. I can not recommend Corin highly enough!

Corin has been looking after our son since he was 9 months old, our son is very fond of him and we have always been incredibly happy with the care he has provided. Our son (who is now 18 months) absolutely loves his days with Corin and the rest of the gang. They are always out and about visiting local playgroups, parks, soft play and museums so our son has lots of opportunity to socialise with other children and never gets bored. Corin is also very musical and enjoys having jam sessions with the kids on his family piano or guitar.
We will be relocating in the near future and we will be very sad to say goodbye to Corin.

We did a significant relocation to the area and had to find a childminder for our just-turned-5yo for a couple of months prior to his starting/transferring school. We visited/interviewed a couple of candidates but knew within a few minutes of stepping through the door Corin was the man for us.
That choice was vindicated in the coming weeks as our son was accepted by Corin and his lovely family into their home. Corin took him to all sorts of interesting local places. Sometimes train trips to places slightly further afield in line with our son's interests (dinosaurs, animals etc!). He's seen more of the area than we have :) Relocation is a stressful thing for parents and children alike but we know this experience hugely helped our son and all of us settle in.
Few other points:
- Usually get a text or picture message with that days adventure.
- Good comms
- Family home environment
No problems at all, we all worked well together!
We would unreservedly recommend Corin if you are looking for childcare in this local area in 2016 and beyond. I'd be very happy to give a verbal reference any time (ask for my number) to complement this review. Please just ask Corin for my number.
