Excellent

Louise and Ian provide such a warm and welcoming environment for my children. My children have been going for the past 3 years, both full time childcare for my little boy since he was 9 months old, and after school wrap around care for my daughter. Both my children are happy and secure in Louise and Ian's home, and my little boy is thriving with his pre-school education thanks to their work with him.
The home is set up perfectly for children, and has so many indoor and outdoor toys and resources that Louise and Ian are always updating. They also go on adventures out to the library and parks on a regular basis and I love seeing photos of what my children have been up to, on the Tiney app.
Both Louise and Ian are friendly and professional, and have been understanding and flexible when my childcare needs have changed over the years.
Would highly recommend them to anyone with young children, as both my children are very happy there.

very unprofessional

When I meet Louise for first time, they seem to be very professional.

I have been confirmed with them the space before going into holiday and 2 weeks before my children start date, when I asked them to do the contract they said that they didn’t have any space for my!

We are sorry you feel this way, but from your initial visit on 23rd April, we made contact with you to see what was happening with your work on the 1st week July, your final response was 19th July, we mentioned twice contract has to be made before we can accept any dates for settle in periods which being a young child would be around 4-6wks, also no start dates was ever mentioned in our correspondence as you didn't know. It's not down to us to chase parent/s, as this can be perceived as hounding. We received your message on 21st Aug to arrange settle in dates (no contract mentioned) We gave the space up after assuming you had found alternative care or had a change in your circumstances as we are in the last week of Aug. We have never had this type of situation arise in our 22yrs as parent/s make a decision & fill out contract to safeguard their place.

Absolutely brilliant childminder!

I have 2 girls that go to Louise’s. My eldest one has been going to her for 10 years now and my little one started when she was 9 months old! They absolutely love it! The best childminder you can ever find, highly recommend Louise.

They are great

The best childminders , my girls was with they for 3 years, she loved from the first days , dont cry , she learn a lot of things , numbers , letters , eat, dress herself . She loved to go every day

They are fantastic

The setting has a real family feel. All of the kids get along like siblings, with the support, friendship and social development that brings.

Louise and Ian have a range of toys and activities to suit all tastes and interests, outdoor space to run, jump and climb and go on local trips to get comfortable in new and exciting environments.

Their flexibility, warmth and care has been fantastic for our child since pre-school. Now we use wrap around care before and after school and also during school holidays.

They are fantastic. 5 stars. It is a real show of faith to entrust your children to someone to care for. If we had more kids, they’d go there too!

My two boys have attended Louise and Ian’s for 6 and 3 years. Always go in with a smile. Louise and Ian have been very reliable and care for both boys well. Would recommend 🌟

Wouldn’t go anywhere else!

I have 2 small children and both children have been going to Louise & Ian since 6 months old. I can’t summarise in words how grateful my husband and I are for the service that is provided. Our children are way ahead of their development curve with speech, learning, interaction, sharing (the list goes on). My boys can’t wait to go to their childminders on a daily basis! The environment that is created is safe, secure, and fun. Feel really reassured as a parent receiving numerous pictures on a daily basis knowing what my boys are getting up to. It really is a home away from home. The 121 attention/support that my boys get is second to none and really shows on how quickly they have developed. It has been so beneficial for my boys to be around children of all ages which is a very big reason as to why we chose a childminding setting- the variety of ages at Louise & Ian’s is huge and this really helped my eldest be more prepared for a school setting. As stated above words cannot describe how incredibly lucky we feel to have Louise & Ian as our childminders.

They are simply Amazing.

My daughter fell in love with the place immediately when she started. They are the best part-time parent for all kids. They taught her how to count and also she developed good manners on how to be polite. although she started when she was just 18months but was always happy to hear she was going to her child minder. They were helpful to me and my child. She still uses words such as thank you,please and sorry. Thank you for given my child the best beginning and prays she grows with it.
