Amazing Nanny

Zuzana started two years ago. She looked after my youngest and help the family settle into a new routine as I went back to work full time. Zuzana has been amazing, she is reliable, responsable, responsive and dedicated. She has always been on time and has stepped up if I needed her last minute.
She has always been very communicative and kept me updated constantly. She is a very big support to me, I can totally rely on her, knowing my daughter is well looked after.
As she arrived she has build up a lovely relationship with my daughter, respecting her limits and being attentive to her needs. She listened her story, got interested in her life, prepared her delicious snacks and dinners. She has gone above and beyond to make sure her work was fulfilled. She has played with my daughter, taken her to various clubs, giving her a sense of responsibility and maturity.
We couldn’t have done it as well without her, she helped and supported the whole family.

Zuzana has a lovely nature and is extremely kind. She is thoughtful, creative and active. she likes being busy and takes her job seriously. She is interested in the child she looks after creating a strong bound and building memories. I couldn’t recommend her more.

Absolutely Amazing

I have know Zusana for more than eight years. She was the nanny of my daughter's best friend with a family of three girls. Zusana was always very organised and punctual. She made dinners from scratch whilst helping children with homework. She's always put together with a plan for the day and is superb in getting the children ready for activities and preparing them to participate with confidence.
Zuzana has looked after my now five year old boy on numerous occasions with ultimate compassion and care. Her enthusiasm for children and energy is always spot on. I have seen her corral him into fits of laughter and play when he has been in an otherwise angry mood. He has always looked forward to spending time with Zuzy at the park or playing at the common. She is kind and gentle but firm when she needs to be. Honestly, it doesn't get any better than Zuzana. She is the most perfect nanny in so many ways.

Most caring and loving nanny!

I feel enormously lucky to have found Zuzana. She has been looking after our younger son (9-month old to start) and he absolutely adores her, as does the rest of the family. Our older son loves to catch a brief chat with her in the morning and is super excited on days she stays longer and he can play with her. Even I feel looked after as Zuzana cooks healthy and delicious dinners for us while the little one sleeps. Zuzana brings so much joy and love to the kids, she gets on their wavelength and is fully engrossed in play with them, whether it’s hours on the playground, building houses and towers, drawing, reading or baking muffins (with the older one). I have so many examples of her going above and beyond out of pure love and care. She’d regularly bring books from the library for my older one when she realized how much he loves books; she’d come in early morning on Saturday to help me out when I had to catch a plane on my own with the two little ones; she’d quickly pick up on food favorites and would make the whole family jump with joy and lick their lips. And yes, she does the expected – is always on time (early if anything), very reliable, tidy, professional and communicates really well. We couldn’t have found a better nanny for us!

Great nanny. Good person.

Zuzana was a angel send from heaven...her attitude, energy and positive approach was amazing. She looked after my 4 years old and her 2 years old brother. Before we found Zuzana we tried nursery for our daughter but she was not settling. Then we tried with 2 different nannies but it don't worked either. In general she been seen as "difficult" or even spoiled. She has sensory sensitivity (which she slowly outgrowing) and some other personal quirks. Yet noone till Zuzana, seen her in whole, but she been seen through her difficulties. My self esteem as a mother was quite low. With two small kids and working from home my house was not in best shape. I was scarred to take nanny as I was afraid of judgement. Zuzana come as a ray of sunshine. As I was explaining her my daughter difficulties Zuzana not once sees that as a problem. She was always greeting us with smile and kids happily went to her waving goodbye. They spent lots of time outside which was perfect as I work for home. Zuzanna took them to different activities and send me pictures to assure me that they ok. Now my daughter is in school and our son started nursery. Before Zuzuana we even considered home schooling for our daughter but she make so much progress with Zuzana that she settle in school without any problems. During time together she improve her social skills, bravery...son improve obeying rules. As our kids started school/nursery we had to say goodbye to Zuzanna but I we been left with a lot good things, great memories and with beautiful album with lovely pictures of my happy kids.

Very good

Zuzana looking after our boy, and our boy is just so happy with her.
And we are also so happy to have her.
They are always was spend a quality time together!
I'm really recommend Zuzana !
She is a lovely person with a very good experience and knowledge.
