You couldn’t ask for more.

I had to return to work when my daughter was only ten months old so I was looking for a home from home setting and this is exactly what we found with Tracy. The years of experience Tracy has really shines through not only in her ofsted report but with how much all the children in her care adore her. I struggle to get my daughter to leave when I collect her.

My daughter is very happy going to Tracy’s and has really thrived in her care. They spend a lot of time outdoors and doing activities which was particularly important for me. It’s has really helped with my daughter development and confidence.

We moved to Hythe from London so have a limited family support system but Tracy’s flexibility and willingness to help us juggle work and family life has been a real life line. Tracy really does go above and beyond.

I couldn’t be move comfortable and confident with the care my daughter receives during her time with Tracy. They have a fantastic bond and we’d all be lost without her.

Tracy- Childcare Services - HIGHLY RECOMMEND **

Tracy has cared for our child from a very young age for the last couple years. The only reason he will not be attending Tracy's anymore is only due to the fact that we now want him to begin the transition from a small environment to larger groups of children to prepare him for school next September. Having said that i have no doubt that we will definitely be requesting Tracy's childcare services on the odd occasion and possibly again with our second child.

Our child was always extremely happy going to Tracy's house, so much so he would forget to say goodbye and would literally have to be dragged out in the evening frequently get excited to be going back.

We completely trusted Tracy in all aspects of his care and she never once gave us any reason not too. She was always willing to go above and beyond to help us out when unexpected issues occurred. We really have built a positive relationship up working together as a team to ensure we are all implementing the same care of him to give him continuity.

Her door is never closed, she quite often contacts us with information on various groups, activities, toys etc that she feels might be of interest to us/him and also is willing to pass on her own parenting knowledge if required. I found this most helpful being a first time mum.

There's a real family atmosphere about the house - in a very positive sense. Tracy is an extremely committed professional, always giving children her full attention.

Overall, a really impressive childminder, you will not be disappointed, i cannot sing her praises enough!!!
