My Summary

My Experience

I have started working in a children's shop during my years of university. I discovered that I actually like working with children so I decided for a career change. I started with babysitting and when I finished my studies I have worked for a lovely family with 3 children (G2, G13, B15) located in Lincolnshire. I had a one year contract with them and then I moved to London where I found my second large family with 4 children(G4,B9,B11,G13) and a dog. My duties included school drop offs pick ups, meals, dog walking. I have also worked as a live-in nanny when I finished my contract with my second lovely family. I worked as a part time nanny for a single mum with 3 children( B2, B7, B9)and for 4 years I worked as a sole charge part time after school nanny for a family with 2 children doing drop-offs and pick ups at a French school in West London. In the summer holidays and school holidays I worked occasionally for a family with 5 children( G 8 months, B 3 years,G 5 years,G 8 years, B 9 years). I also have my Level 3 qualification as an Early Years Educator, and worked as a nursery Officer in a Nursery in Chiswick for 3 years. After 2020 I have gone back into nannying as it offers more flexibility and the opportunity to focus and develop the skills of a smaller number of children and I find this very rewarding. Since nannying again I worked with various families for an agency and a lovely family with two girls (G2, G7) who are still visiting me from time to time. Currently I work with a 1 year old who I started working with when she was only 6 months old. I also do school pickups for another family with two boys( B5, B7). With all these jobs I have accumulated a 15 year experience in total in various settings and environments with children starting from newborns to teenagers.

My Qualifications

I have a First Aid Certificate and references. I have a Cache level 3 in Early Years Education Qualification . Makaton Sign Language Trained, safeguarding trained, epi-pen trained, food hygiene certificate, safeguarding children, Level 6 Sleep practitioner

My Availability

I have morning availability for someone who has a baby or on maternity leave and needs some time to themselves or an extra hand. More details in private.

My Fees

• Nannying from £17.00 per hour (net)
• Babysitting from £17.00 per hour

Babysitting and full time nanny fees from £16/h if local to me and depending on the distance. If travel is involved I will have to charge travel expenses. Part time and after school nanny rates starting from £17/hours
For babysitting after 12a.m. I will charge for a taxi.
